Studio of 38m² located on the ground floor of Les Boucaniers residence facing the 18 holes golf course of Saint-François. It consists of a large air-conditioned bedroom with 4 beds, a bathroom with shower and a large equipped kitchen. It is equipped with a large fridge/freezer and a washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided. It has a garden terrace with views of the sea and the marina.

You can enjoy a private outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and free Wi-Fi. Saint-François is 36 km from the airport, 30 km from Le Gosier and 16 km from Sainte-Anne. All around Allée de l’Europe, tourist activity is in full swing: restaurants, hotels, marina, golf, nautical activities, casino and airfield offer holidaymakers many possibilities for relaxation and leisure.

The town of Saint-François offers an important advantage for holidaymakers because of the multiplicity of its activities, with the centre of the town being the old market, its small shops and the church. It is also the fishing port, where every day fishermen with the trap draw from their saintoises: of the purse, the cat, the carangue or the lobster etc…

The town is especially known for its lovely beaches which border the shore up to the famous Pointe des Châteaux, about 10 km after Saint-François.
